Test case.
- Flash the phone with vivid proposed.
- Switch the phone to Spanish.
- First open messaging app.
- Create a new message.


Expected result.
- Gesture wizard must appear in Spanish.

Actual result.
- Gesture wizard is in English.

Strings are not available in Launchpad for translation.
