  Private mode not translated

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In silo 20 + rc-proposed 29, Private Mode strings are not translated
  to Spanish, although they are available in Launchpad. The language
  file needs an update for OTA 5.
