That bug being part of Oxide Webview would certainly explain why I
couldn't find it by searching for Select Multiple in the Webbrowser-app
tickets.

The "issue" with <select> was ticket-creator error; and should be
removed from the description. That would then make this ticket a
duplicate of #1233842
