This issue seems to affect all apps using the Ubuntu’s UITK
automaticOrientation feature. I’m attaching a screenshot that
demonstrates this with a sample app.

  browser is up side down on rotated screens

Bug description:
  I have an external screen that's attached to my laptop. The screen is
  rotated clockwise (portrait view). When I launch the Ubuntu browser
  and move it to the rotated screen, it flips upside down. When I drag
  it back to the laptop screen, it flips to the proper orientation
  (right side up). Please see screenshot attached.
