  Store Scope: Searching within department doesn't search within that
  department

Status in unity-scope-click package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Scenario:

  1) Open store scope.
  2) Navigate to any department that is not the root department.
  3) Search.

  Expected results:

  Search results would be limited to the department selected in step
  (2).

  Actual results:

  Search results are from the root department.
