Do you have any steps to reproduce this bug?
The header in messaging-app is fixed, not sure how to make it hide.

  Header hides and doesn't return

Status in messaging-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I'm reading a text, the header hides, and at one point when I want to
  go back, the header doesn't show anymore regardless of what I do - the
  only solution I found is to manually close the app from the task
  switcher.
