Can you please describe better what the issue is? I’m afraid I don’t
understand what you mean by "splash screen". Do you see the screen
flicker/flash? If so, when? When opening the tabs view? When scrolling
it? When tapping a tab to open it?

  Reproduce Steps :
  1,Create multiple tab on surf the internet on Browser 
  2,Switch on the multiple tab
  3,Check the screen effect 

  Expect Result:
  It's can switch tab normal and no Splash screen 

  Actual Result:
  Splash screen when you switch tab in Browser
