[Bug 1490444] [NEW] Launching an app from the dash lacks visual feedback

Public bug reported:

Launching an app from the dash lacks visual feedback about what you just
tapped on, kind of. If you look extremely closely you will see a slight
change in the icon's shadow when you tap it. But the change is hardly
perceptible. We need some kind of feedback that's more visible to
improve the perception of the dash responding.
