I didn't take time for that, sorry, but it might be a duplicate of bug

Title:
Short sound as seen in game can trigger max volume notification
warning, unable to play the current game
Status in indicator-sound package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Hi,
I am on the lastest sable OTA on MX4
* plug your headphone
* check and low your volume to be between 1 and 50%
* launch a game (Ill use a 'no-game' called plop that wrap in the store)
* in plop that wrap i go in the app settings and enable sound
* i plop a bubble
* sound is played
* if bug is not triggered, then retry to plop, when sound is played try to up the volume by long press on volume up
* wait volume notification fade off after you release the volume up button since it was at max
* now if you check the volume indicator, your volume is still in 1-50% (means you changed that sound profile, not this)
* plop a bubble
* sound is played
* warning / legal hight volume notification is triggered
* the sound is finnished
* the sound profile switch back to your 1-50%
* the sound notification 'warning' was not read (too fast for a human), now covered by the volume level notification
* you have now in-game polution
* if you want to untrigger this bug, while a sound is played,only when its played (hard when it's a 0.5 sec), you can push the down button. That doesn't look like a nice user story.
Note: Reproduced in the current build of falldown, where the sounds are a little bit longer, so easier to change volume setting to reproduce it.
