[Bug 1642481] [NEW] package kde-l10n-th (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/locale/th/LC_MESSAGES/khelpcenter.mo', which is also in package khelpcenter 4:5.6.4-0ubuntu1

Public bug reported:

I have no idea what is wrong. I am trying to get Thai as a second keyboard input language.
I tried loading the Thai language pack. Maybe that is what has failed.
This sort of bug reporting is useless to non nerds like me. I do not understand what package kdeetc means.
Why not write it in normal language as it would be helpful to make linux more usable for non nerds. How do I get the Thai Language pack?
