there was no langpack update to include the translations since they have
been added

  Ubuntu 18.04.1 up to date at 25/1/2019

  After update-manager has finished updates the window show the livepatch part
  in english instead of the native system language
  confirmed i have the extra language addons installed from systemsettings/language
