Bodhi has written a new tool, runs through a GUI.

You can get the script here

Save that file in '/usr/local/bin/ubforums2ubwiki.sh' (or 
~/bin/ubforums2ubwiki.sh if you wish)

Make it executable

Code:

sudo chmod a+x /usr/local/bin/ubforums2ubwiki.sh

Runs from terminal easily enough or make a launcher - I did that and got 
this icon to use for it
