Ran it here- executes fine and creates three files in
/Documents/ubforums2ubwiki/, .html, .clean.html, and .wiki.

I entered the code in .wiki into a blank wiki page. It mostly worked, a few
errors, and the formatting was a bit off, but I suppose that's to be
expected.
