helped prettify the page :)

Nice job done.

Can we make sure that when we add a new thread to the list do it like 
this please

|| thread url || Name of wiki to be created || whoever requested 
permission ||  only when it's accepted || link to wiki ||

Check the syntax for the last two cells.

When we create new wiki pages - please make sure title has no spaces in it.
