[Bug 452889] [NEW] NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline exception request

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu

Due to the UI freeze exception request (bug 447383) being granted after
NonLanguagePackDeadline, translators were left with no time to do their
work before NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline.

After speaking with pitti, I'd like to ask for an exception to
NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline for ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu, so
that translations are still included in the LiveCD.

This would mean:

* Doing a final export of translations either before (21st) or after the RC (23rd), whatever works best for the release and installer teams, while still ensuring that translations are on the LiveCD
* Notifying ubuntu-translators about the new deadline (I would take care of that)
* Accepting an upload of ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu with the new translations

** Affects: ubuntu-translations
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Affects: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu (Ubuntu)

** Also affects: ubuntu-translations
