Binary package hint: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu

Please accept a freeze exception for the following changes:
 - Add LTS to the version for Kubuntu and Ubuntu.
 - Make the slideshow 49px shorter, to better fit on a netbook screen (1024x600).  It doesn't fit perfectly yet, but the only obscured part is window padding.
 - Add a new Ubuntu One icon from the Ubuntu One team.
