Ubuntu 10.10

On a small screen where the Ubiquity window only just fits, expanding
the progress section to show console progress doesn't do anything
useful. About one line of text is visible in the console area, with the
rest falling off the bottom of the screen.

Possible solutions for this include:
* remove the expandable section
* further shorten the whole window, so that an expanded console section is usefully large even on a small screen
* show the console progress in a separate window instead of an expandable section.
