Hi,
I agree with Carla. We will have to see what our exact costs will be -
but until then, I think we should try to make the entry ticket as
affordable as possible. In the end, the additional 10 € for the party
might keep some people out of the event during the day.
I live and work near Essen (in Bochum) and can probably help "on-site"
with preparations, or if anybody needs to be there for stuff that is
only possible with physical attendance ;)
@Carla: a QA workshop sounds like a good idea to me!
