I would think there may be a need for cross-over accomplishments.

Not full of examples right now, but the few I can think of are listed
below:

first-bug-confirmed + first-bug-confirmed-upstream (I know there was a
suggestion to have first-bug-ubuntu and first-bug-thunderbird as
potentials)

first-bug-confirmed-appxxx and first-question-answered-apxxx +
some-other-apxxx = expert-appxxx
