My suggestion is to place them in
./accomplishments/ubuntu-desktop/en/games (yup, a new directory, but
it will be needed anyway as we will very likely have more gaming
accomplishments).
The category these accomplishments should belong to is 'Games',
subcategory 'Mahjongg' (so in .accomplishment file:  category =
Games:Mahjongg)

Now what may be tricky is the fact that all accomplishment names (file
names, not the displayed title) must be unique in whole set. If your
accomplishment is 'win-easy.accomplishment', well, many games might
want to have the same name. So it may be wise to use some prefix that
would ensure uniqueness, e.g. manjongg_win-easy.accomplishment.
