Hey folks,

OK, just to let you know that I have landed support in the daemon and
the desktop app's preferences to enable publishing to the web. It
works like this:

 * You click on the Preferences dialog in the viewer.
 * In there you can click Publish which then creates the WEBVIEW file
and opens the addshare web page at the with the data of the current
active share.
 * If the user wants to unpublish, the previous Publish button now
says "Stop Publishing".

For some odd reason the U1 function get_shared() is not working for me
(even though it works in d-feet), so I need to check in with the U1
team to see what I am doing, but when I take the list-of-dictionaries
output from d-feet and use that in my code, it works perfectly. As
such, once I have the one line of code fixed so that get_shared()
works, this branch will be ready for review.
