There are two kinds of coding projects, not sure which one you're
interested in: the bigger part is around the desktop app = viewer +
daemon implemented in python+quickly, and a smaller part is the web
gallery implemented in python+django.

I think the desktop app needs a lot more hands right now. I think it
will be great help if you can join there. One way to join is to pick a
bug, leave a comment that you're working on it, and then bzr push your
feature branch on launchpad to
lp:~youruser/ubuntu-accomplishments-daemon/bugfix-for-x (or -viewer,
etc), and propose it for merge.

If you prefer to work on the web gallery side, we have a task list on
trello, but you have to be invited to participate. Any existing member
can invite you, just let us know your trello username (you can create
an account using openid). After that the process is the same as with
the desktop app: work on a feature then bzr push it to
lp:youruser/ubuntu-accomplishments-web/feature-x and propose for
merge.
