I believe that the asc validation code is looking for the Ubuntu 
Accomplishments public key.  Is that right?  If so, I'll switch the test 
to skip unless we find that. For now, I just pushed a test skip.  The U1 
test is also throwing a 50 line exception (which is caught, so the test 
passes) and that should maybe be cleaned up.  I'll see if I can look at 
those tomorrow.  Also the PPA says 22 hours to finish the build!  I hope 
LP gets back to capacity soon!
