Re: releases for raring and saucy

I heard back from Seb, unfortunately it is not good news:

That package got deprecated and dropped from Ubuntu, it was quite some work to maintain patches over Debian for that, showing only in patched components and not very useful to users. The code should just be updated to drop the feature...

So we need to drop the feature, which I assume was the LP integration for some of the accomplishments. Does anyone know of a replacement library?

We're blocked on saucy until gir1.2-launchpad-integration-3.0 gets pushed. Seb128 is out this week, so it may not be until next week.

Hey Matt,

Thanks for your hard work! After adding the daily build repository on Saucy,

john@kotux:~$ sudo apt-get install accomplishments-daemon accomplishments-viewer ubuntu-community-accomplishments ubuntu-desktop-accomplishments
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package accomplishments-daemon
E: Unable to locate package accomplishments-viewer
E: Unable to locate package ubuntu-community-accomplishments
E: Unable to locate package ubuntu-desktop-accomplishments

It's not available yet. When will the daily build for saucy be released?

Based on some user complaints, I just dput the old 0.3 releases for raring and saucy. They should be built in about 8 hours.

Sigh, we're missing a dep for the viewer of gir1.2-launchpad-integration-3.0, I'll see if seb can push it or what the status is this week.
