Re: Problems with Ubuntu.
@Dante: I understand your point, but solving Ubuntu's issues is beyond the
scope of our team. Take a look at Windows, for instance. It has lots of
problems (and don't tell me the lack of security isn'ta HUGE one), but they
only advertise what's good about it. They sell an idea: simplicity. I think
that we must introduce Ubuntu, show people why they should use it.
If we start worrying that the existing problems might push them away, then
there's no point advertising it. To be blunt, whether they end up liking it
or not is not our concern, we need to spread the idea and touch as many
people as we can, hoping that a large number will try Ubuntu.
