proposed process for adverts

 

Hi everyone,

One of my to do items from the last meeting (15 Jan) was to write a
process that shows how we can act more like an ad agency for Ubuntu and
applies the team structure that we reviewed during the meeting
(planning, creative, and media).

So here it is...

Each team has a specific output so you know when it's time to move on to
the next phase. It's also geared towards smaller teams but can grow
(more teams, more campaigns, or more simultaneous adverts in production)
as there's more participation.

Please reply with any comments or questions.

If everyone is okay with this process, I propose that we consider
applying the great work and research that's been done so far to
documenting a goal for the first campaign... yes that means start at the
beginning of the process :)

Also, could we postpone our next meeting to the following week (5 Feb)?
I'll be on holiday in Chicago tomorrow (Saturday).
