this is not a notes-app specific bug, but a system wide problem
affecting all apps

Bug description:
  Current situation:
  When editing a note, OSK is in view, and want to bring up the launcher to choose another application. OSK covers the launcher until it's dismissed

  Desired situation:
  When editing a note, bringing the Launcher it should appear on top of the OSK (as an overlay)

  Maybe a an OSK bug
