Message #00744
[Bug 1274060] [NEW] Silence if selected ringtone is invalid
Public bug reported:
[ I didn't notice if this happens for the message tone too ]
There appears to be no checking of the validity of the user's ringtone -
whether it exists and can be played. If it can't, there is silence
instead.
On stderr, this is looped even after the incoming call stops:
Error: "Could not open resource for reading."
GStreamer; Unable to pause - "file:foo"
** Affects: telephony-service (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
