[Bug 1279049] [NEW] show events view when launched from camera-app

Public bug reported:

when being launched from the camera-app, the gallery needs to reset it's view to show either:
a) the events view
or
b) the picture that was just taken in the camera

The scenario we need to fix is if the gallery is already open, viewing a
picture or in an album. If the user then opens the camera and takes a
picture and clicks the gallery icon, you see the already open picture.

We may need to implement a url-handler for gallery to support b),
handling a url like gallery://id=<photo-name>
