Public bug reported:

Testing various apps. In one (qr-code) was entering a URL. Typed "http"
then went to get : from the ?123 view. As soon as I pressed the [?123]
button, the text "?123" appeared as if I had typed it, directly in the
field.

The phone has quite a few (13) apps open and was a bit sluggish at the
time which may or may not be relevant.
