Bug description:
When running on the desktop, videos are not displayed in the events/photos view as they are on the device.
I see the following errors:
Error loading image metadata: /home/bfiller/Videos/clip_0003.mkv: The file contains data of an unknown image type
Error loading image metadata: /home/bfiller/Videos/clip_0002.mkv: The file contains data of an unknown image type
Error loading image metadata: /home/bfiller/Videos/clip_0001.mkv: The file contains data of an unknown image type
Error loading image metadata: /home/bfiller/Videos/SUNP0006.AVI: The file contains data of an unknown image type
Error loading image metadata: /home/bfiller/Videos/Tears_of_Steel-Trailer.mp4: The file contains data of an unknown image type
Error loading image metadata: /home/bfiller/Videos/Ufa1.mov: The file contains data of an unknown image type
Maybe this gets fixed when we convert to using libthumbnailer (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gallery-app/+bug/1221968)
