Unfortunately, it still does not work correctly for me, as it descends
also into the hidden directories (names starting with a dot) and so all
the images in all kind of caches are also displayed (for example browser
cache). So finding ones photos between icons, symbols, and buttons gets
really difficult.

Bug description:
  It would be nice if 
  1) all photos in sub folders of the Pictures folder were discovered and displayed
  2) an Album or Event was created for each existing sub folder
