  don't show keypad screen when calling from address-book or messaging

Bug description:
  1) close dialer app
  2) open address-book-app
  3) open a contact and press the phone button to initiate a call

  expected results:
  - the live call page should be displayed immediately

  actual results
  - the keypad view is shown first, then switches to the live call page
