  twitter webapp header doesn't stick

Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Open twitter webapp on phone
  Sign into twitter
  Go to home stream.
  Scroll down the timeline.
  Note that on other platforms (such as Firefox OS and Chrome on iOS) the header (Home/Connect/Discover/Me options and buttons above) will be frozen at the top, so you can always get to them.
