[Bug 1312329] [NEW] After clearing name field, first character typed is lower case

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Touch r330

1. At a noisy party, launch Contacts.
2. Choose Add.
3. In the "First name" field, type "alicia".
4. Hear the person you're adding correct you: her name is actually Felicia.
5. Delete the field contents, either by backspacing or using the clear button.
6. Type "felicia".

What happens:
3. "Alicia"
6. "felicia"

What should happen:
3. "Alicia"
6. "Felicia"

This might be a toolkit bug. When a field is in initial-capital mode,
this should persist even if you mess up the initial attempt. The way of
exiting the mode should be to press Shift.
