  indicator-message is not always showing new message notifications

Status in “telephony-service” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Incoming messages are not alway triggering the following.

  Audio pings bug #1317579
  Notify OSD snap decisions
  The actual message in the indicator
  Inability to reply to a message from the indicator

  I'm assuming all of these are somehow related and have been worsening
  since image 15.

  /!\ Everything works fine from the messaging app you just won't know
  if you have had a message.

  STEPS:
  1. Recieve a message
  2. Reply to the message from the indicator
  3. Recieve another message

  Repeate steps 1-3 at some point it will stop the audio ping at some
  point after that everything else stops too
