Title:
  gallery should display videos in ~/Videos on device

Bug description:
  per latest design discussion in Malta, on the device we now want to
  show videos that are directly in ~/Videos (as well as subdirs). As
  this is already occuring on desktop probably easiest to just disable
  the check for desktop.

  Please make sure that we display proper placeholder icon if we don't
  know how to render a certain type of video (I think libthumbnailer
  does this automatically but we need to check). Also make sure we don't
  show blank date in events view.
