Title:
no way to remove a photo from album without deleting photo
Status in Gallery App:
In Progress
Status in “gallery-app” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
currently there is no way to remove an picture from an album, there is
only a delete option on the toolbar which actually deletes the photo
from the disk.
we should consider doing the following:
- when pressing the "delete" button, if the picture is being viewed in context of an album, the show "Remove from Album", "Remove from Album and Delete", "Cancel". Otherwise show the standard "Yes" "No" confirmation
- add a "Remove" button on the toolbar that just removes from album
- add a press and hold context menu on the picture that shows "remove from album" in the menu
