  Twitter loads basic page

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Please see the attached screenshot, twitter.com loads its basic
  version, I remember it was loading its modern version a few months
  ago, also this issues seems to come back quite often in the last 3
  years.
