  webbrowser-app bookmark categories cannot be removed

Bug description:
  While running the webbrowser-app on the m10 (OTA-11) I noticed that I
  seem to be unable to remove empty bookmark categories. (BTW, those do
  not show up on the E 4.5 when empty, thus, I thought they had been
  removed from the sqlite file.)

  Expected behavior: If I pull the redundant category link sideways, a
  dustbin icon should appear.
