Not much in the way of changes to the Click Package Index since my
update last week, as I've mostly been taking care of some work on
Ubuntu One.  The deployment work is just about complete, though, so we
should have a stub service in staging very soon.

Apart from the sync-up discussion with Colin Watson, we've also been
considering localisation issues - update to follow soon - as well as
more mundane stuff like data loading scripts and re-indexing after
schema changes.
