Hello everybody,

we still have a bunch of unanswered/open/yet-to-be-spec'ed questions and
Loïc and I put the following list together. We marked their priority
with (L = Low, M = Medium, H = High) - feel free to point out if you
disagree with any of them.

It'd be good if the people are involved in the discussions could follow
up on the individual discussion threads and maybe post a very quick
follow-up with a few bullet points on what the plan forward is. It might
help to add a [Summary] to the subject, so they're easier to find.

The plans don't need to be set in stone or super-detailed, but a short
summary would help a lot, especially to keep the broader team up to
date. Also it would help with the planning moving forward if there was a
rough indication of how much work it might be.

Project management (Daniel):
M    help with requirements gathering
M    set up timeline for post-july

Community team (Daniel + David Planella + Michael Hall)
H    timeline app competition
H    smoke test app store (clickification of core apps, Michael Hall)

Online Services client side (Roberto):

M    what happens with unity7? unity8 on the desktop?
M    caching the search data
M    Update packages

SDK team (Zoltan):
H    support for click packages, with security bits in manifest,
     pushed via adb
M    building of arch-indep and of arch-dep apps -- arch-indep / QML
     are priority
L    manifest edition with security bits
L    push to appstore
L    cross-building -- not urgent though

Foundations (Colin):
H    Manifest documentation (+ example)
H    Launching apps
M    installation of things like scopes (hook+symlink?)
M    fat packages next steps
M    developer signature implementation (dpkg-sig) w/ Marc -- not
     highest priority; August is fine
M    PK / aptdaemon service to install clicks; convergence vs.
     memory usage
L    OEM customizations plan

Phonedations (Sergio):
H    build and include click packages

Online Services server side (Martin):
M    Uploading and serving the source for packages
