Please just use libwhoopsie (or extend it) like the other systems in
Ubuntu that need a unique identifier for the device:

sudo gdbus call -y -d com.ubuntu.WhoopsiePreferences -o
/com/ubuntu/WhoopsiePreferences -m
com.ubuntu.WhoopsiePreferences.GetIdentifier
