Yes, scalability is an important concern ;-) I would be *super* happy if reviews of old releases could be hidden behind some kind of click-through link. Eg, the store should only display reviews of the current version, and then at the end of the reviews have a link saying 'Click here to see reviews of older versions.' and then you click it and see the bad reviews. That way app developers are given a second chance when they upload new releases... Right now it looks really bad for my app! I might have to delete the whole thing and upload the app anew just to get away from these bad reviews.
