Hi Luke,

Xenial is open for development and I was thinking we should upload PA 
7.0 into it ASAP to get maximum amount of testing before the 16.04 release.

Is it something you want to work on or do you want me to do it?

I suspect many patches can be dropped but this one needs to go in:
