Hi,

I updated the daily DKMS infrastructure a bit today, by:

 * The canonistack processor now starts with Takashi's git master, 
instead of using daily tarballs. This is because Takashi sometimes stop 
making the tarball for a week or two, causing us not to get the latest 
stuff.

 * There is a new "make fetch-src-from-kernel" target that fetches from 
a kernel tree. Change "UPSTREAM_KERNEL_DIR" in "Makefile.parameters" (or 
make a symlink) to use it. After a "make fetch-src-from-kernel" you can 
run "make dkms-mkdeb-source-only" as usual.

 * A special about the in-flight HDMI audio hotplug patches: the should 
work with the daily DKMS too, but only when the kernel team pushes an 
ABI >= 3.19.0-29. They should push it to some proposed repository or a 
testing ppa soon, I hope.
