This sounds like you've seen some bugs filed with the "avengers" tag that
do not meet this criteria - I suspect possibly some of them are mine. If
so, it would be great if you could let us know which ones they are, so I
know whether or not I should be using this tag again in the future.

My assumption was that the Ubuntu QA team were using this tag to track the
effectiveness (or otherwise) of our manual testing effort. I guess that's
not really the case if this tag is used by a wider group of people.
