Public bug reported:

There is currently a wiki page (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList)
that lists the loco teams, but the data isn't kept in sync.  Rather than
having two incomplete data sets, the wiki page should be retired (made
immutable, whatever) in favor of the loco directory.
