[Bug 600161] [NEW] event details includes unneeded full date and timezone

Public bug reported:

The details for an event (e.g.
http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/team/163/detail/) has 2 fields, the "Date
begin:" and "Date end:". Both list the full date, time and timezone that
the event is happening. This it too much information for a standard
user. For events that only span one day (which will be quite common I
guess), you should only show the date once. e.g. a sample output would
be "6:00 → 10:00, Wed, 30 Jul 2010".

You don't need to show the timezone for the event. Timezones get
confusing for people. For example, it's common for people to think that
the UK and Ireland are on GMT all year round. Most people in a LoCo are
local, so the timezones are unneeded, since most of the people attending
will be in the same timezone
