Public bug reported:

At present the loco council randomly pick 30 teams from the
http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/reapprovals  and list them on the wiki page
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoCouncil/LoCoTeamReApproval

It would also be nice for someone on the directory to link to the LoCo
council as people end up looking for us it'd be nice to have this
information on the directory somewhere.
